I used raw peanuts, so I started by adding a little bit of olive oil to fry the peanuts. After they're cooked, use a paper towel to absorb the oil on the surface.

Then start peeling the peanuts.

Using a non-stick pan, on low heat, add 80g of unsalted butter and heat until it melts.

Continue on low heat, add 300g of marshmallows, melt and stir until well mixed.

Turn off the heat, add 200g of milk powder, and mix quickly.

Add the peanuts and mix quickly. You can put on disposable gloves smeared with a little butter, and then knead it like dough. Pour it into a non-stick baking tray, and smooth it out with a scraper.

Cover with a layer of cling film and wait for it to cool. It can be put in the refrigerator. After cooling, start cutting into pieces.

Tips
- When frying peanuts, it's best to fry them with the skin on first. During the frying process, the skin will get a little charred. When you peel it off, the peanuts inside will look nicer. Of course, you can also use cooked peanuts, which is more convenient. However, before doing so, it's better to roast them a bit, which will be very aromatic. Also, when adding the peanuts, if they are cold, it will be harder to dissolve them, warm peanuts are more conducive to merging with the sugar.
- When melting marshmallows, the longer you burn them over low heat, the harder the sugar becomes. Conversely, the sugar becomes stickier. It depends on your preference.
- Full-fat milk powder can be used, it's more aromatic. Sugar-free is suitable for those who don't like sweets, because marshmallows are already sweet. I personally prefer full-fat.
- Besides peanuts, you can also add almonds or something similar! It's super delicious!
